Call for Applications – Sprinktech Certified Solar Water Pump Technician Training

Sprinktech is inviting applications for an intensive one month (4 session) practical training programme in Solar Water Pump Installation, Troubleshooting, Repair and Testing. This is a blended training programme combining physical practical sessions and online learning.

The programme is designed for technicians with basic experience in solar water pumping who want to strengthen their technical skills through hands on training delivered by experienced industry professionals.

Training Areas

Participants will receive practical training in:

Workshop tools and safe work practices
Solar water pumping system components and sizing
Professional installation techniques
Cable sizing and electrical connections
System commissioning and testing
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
Pump repair and servicing
Controller error codes
Spare parts replacement
Customer handling and site management
Reporting and professional documentation
